Overview:
Session 1: Have you ever wondered what percentage of your practice time should be dedicated to blocked vs random activities? USA Men’s National Team Assistant Coach will help you cut through the clutter. Become a more efficient teacher, and increase the rate at which your athletes improve. This session will be part classroom, part on-court with live examples of Gold Medal Squared’s recommended teaching methods.
Session 2: In the second block, Joe Trinsey will present the pros and cons of all of the major defensive systems. Once this is complete, we will build a defensive system from the ground up using data, principles, and years of experience. This will also begin in the classroom and finish on the court. In the gym, we will demonstrate the spacing for the bunch read blocking system, along with positioning for our back row players.
