HOTEL INFORMATION
Harrah’s Hotel and Casino is the host hotel. The hotel is connected to the playing venue, so no driving from location to location. We have secured exclusive discounted rates for the weekend. This is a stay and play event. Each team before being confirmed for the tournament must book 5 rooms per team per night. Contact [email protected] with your confirmation codes from the hotel. Team Check-in
All teams must check in Friday January 6th, 2023 between 5pm-9pm inside the Waterfront Conference Center at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino. All player and coaches credentials will be passed out at that time. All players, coaches, team managers, or anyone else on the official roster must have a current 2022-2023 AAU membership. 

Spectator Entry Fee
$30 – 2 Day Pass
$20 – 1 Day Pass
Children under 5 are Free

Have your I.D. ready and proof of purchase to receive your wristband. No exchanging wristbands or credentials, anyone that does will be asked to leave and the team you are associated with will be penalized.

Tournament Schedule & Waves
The tournament schedule will be posted on Tournament Team Snap. A link will be sent out to all club directors the week of the  tournament.

Winners receive a FREE* entry into the AAU National Championships in Orlando, FL.
*Winning teams in age divisions with 8 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships.  In divisions with less than 8 teams, the entry fee will be discounted. 
All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline.  The National Championships are open to any team, no qualifying required.  For complete rules and guidelines for Super Regional or Grand Prix events, please visit www.aauvolleyball.org.
AAU Membership Guidelines:

• This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.
• All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable).  Visit www.aauvolleyball.org to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required).
• Membership is not included in the event entry fee.
• BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event.  Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.
