HOTEL INFORMATION
Harrah’s Hotel and Casino is the host hotel. The hotel is connected to the playing venue, so no driving from location to location. We have secured exclusive discounted rates for the weekend. This is a stay and play event. Each team before being confirmed into the tournament must book 5 rooms per team per night for the duration of the tournament. Team Check-in
All teams must check in Friday May 26, 2023 between 5pm-9pm inside the Waterfront Conference Center inside Harrah’s Hotel and Casino. All player and coaches credentials will be passed out at that time. All players, coaches, team managers, or anyone else on the official roster must have a current 2022-2023 AAU membership.

$20 – 1 Day Pass Cash Only Have your I.D. ready and proof of purchase to receive your wristband. No exchanging wristbands or credentials, anyone that does will be asked to leave and the team you are associated with will be penalized.

The tournament schedule will be posted on Tournament Team Snap. A link will be sent out to all club directors prior to the tournament.

Winners receive a FREE* entry into the AAU National Championships in Orlando, FL.
*Winning teams in age divisions with 8 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships.  In divisions with less than 8 teams, the entry fee will be discounted. 
All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline.  The National Championships are open to any team, no qualifying required.  For complete rules and guidelines for Super Regional or Grand Prix events, please visit www.aauvolleyball.org.

AAU Membership Guidelines:

• This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.
• All participants must have current AAU membership numbers before competition begins (pending status is not acceptable).  Visit www.aauvolleyball.org to obtain membership (club, non-athlete and athlete membership required).
• Membership is not included in the event entry fee.
• BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event.  Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.
